The Society was formed in the year 2003, The main goal of the trust is providing educational facilities in different fields particularly to the economically and socially backward part of the society so far unprovided and to the advantage of those who due to their limited resources can not afford going to distant places to avail professional and training in such field. The Society presently manages Five educational institutions.

Amrita School of Engineering, Bangalore started in 2002 as "Amrita Institute of Technology & Science" with a vision to produce quality engineers with service attitude for the benefit of the society and nation. The school was conceived of as the grooming ground for future engineering professionals of India. Initially it had only three branches: Computer Science, Electronics & Communication and Information Technology. It was then affiliated to the Visveswaraiah Technological University, Belgum.

Surana College has become the institution of choice for the youth with its twelve years of successful existence to the cause of education. The goal of the management is to shape the students as useful citizens of India - independent, socially useful persons and embedded with values.
